UK Shipping
We process and dispatch all of our customers' orders as speedily as possible, and we dispatch daily, Monday - Friday.
Standard & First Class shipping orders placed before 1pm, and Expedited orders received before 2pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1pm (Standard/First Class) and 2pm (Expedited) on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note: estimated delivery timeframes for our postage options do not constitute a guarantee by Royal Mail or ourselves that your parcel will arrive within those timescales.
We pack and dispatch all our orders ourselves here in Scotland, and we don’t believe anybody should have to pay more just because of where they live – so we offer Free Royal Mail Tracked Delivery on all orders over £30, anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Shetland, Orkney and Channel Isles (though it may take an extra day or so to get there if you’re really remote!)
Our First Class and Expedited shipping costs all cost exactly the same too, wherever you are in the UK.

*Expedited orders over 10kg will be sent by Parcelforce express24 (next working day) Tracked & Signed service.
**Expedited orders dispatched on a Friday are guaranteed before 1pm Monday, and Saturday/Sunday dispatched are guaranteed before 1pm Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive a live link to the tracking or delivery information for your package in your dispatch confirmation email from us, and you will also receive an email or text message from the delivery partner with a tracking link. This will take you straight to our shipping partner's website, where you will be able to follow your order's journey and manage your delivery options (fully tracked services).
If delivery is attempted when you aren't home, the date and time of attempted delivery will be logged on the shipping partner's website, and you will have the opportunity to either collect your package from their depot, or follow instructions to arrange redelivery online at your convenience.
- Please do not rely on a 'Something for You' card being left by the delivery person - this does not always happen.
- We do not provide individual delivery updates or arrange redeliveries for customers, so if your parcel does not arrive when expected, please use your tracking link and the online delivery options as appropriate.
Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch confirmation for Tracking Numbers to become live on their systems.
